This was our 3rd visit to Southport and yet again we weren’t disappointed. It is in a great location for visiting the town and walking along the Esplanade. The added bonus was the Firework Championships, we left on Sunday morning but were lucky enough to see them on 2 nights, an amazing display, free for us sat outside the caravan with a glass of 🍷. The warden here is trying very hard to plant and re-wild areas in the “new” section of the site, he has planted saplings and grasses. I hope by the time we next visit these areas will look very different. All in all another great visit, looked after by wonderful wardens, had good weather and met some great people. Thank you 🙏
