I.must admit I was a bit apprehensive driving North to this site from Bristol after reading some of the less than positive reviews here. It was a great site though! Wardens were friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the old part of the site and it was really peaceful. It's a easy walk through Victoria Park into town and direct access to an extensive cycling path network from.the site. Short walk to the pier and promenade area. Facilities were clean and well maintained as expected. We stayed 5 nights, there's lots to do and see in the area so we'll be back! Recommended.
