Lovely large site in a great location. A short, easy walk to Southport town centre, with all its bars and eateries, plus its excellent bus and train links to Preston, Liverpool etc. On site there was very little noise and the shower blocks were immaculate. It took a while to get accustomed to having to use a key to enter the toilets and showers but well worth it as it prevented the type of messing about from kids that we have occasionally had to put up with on other sites. We stayed for 8 nights and loved every minute of it. We would have stayed longer but had to leave on the first day of the Southport Flower Show as the site was full! We'll be back.
