Although we were already aware of the rooks, from previous helpful reviews, the warden did warn us on arrival, and so we camped away from the trees. We were not disturbed at all by their noise. It is also a campsite away form any main roads so is very quiet generally. Extremely clean facilities as usual. There is a small farm shop on nearby campsite, so easy to buy fresh veg etc. I believe that the beach is close, but we headed off into the hills from the site for a very pleasant walk. If you prefer the smaller, quieter campsites (yes, with some, limited, noise from the rooks) then I would recommend
