Agree with a previous reviewer that it helps to phone up to make your booking, whilst viewing the site map online, and discuss your requirements and which of the available pitches would suit you best. Wardens are very helpful and - although we could not get into the adults only section because it was fully booked - they found us a quiet pitch, spacious and clean, which was perfectly fine. Lovely setting and the wildlife and pond are additional points of interest. We found the site very well maintained and clean. Our only gripes: the lack of recycling facilities, and that on such a busy weekend (the site was almost completely full) the number of units meant that the site electricity kept overloading and tripping out during the peak times in the evening (approx 7.30-9.30pm) It was restored quickly each time but nonetheless this was an irritation and probably even more annoying to a family with kids than it was for us. That said, we would definitely visit here again.
