This was our second visit to Start Bay Site. The site is well run and immaculately clean and tidy. We loved the Farm Shop although in truth it was expensive. The Taphouse there does some really nice ciders and beers and on a sunny summers evening it was great to be able to walk down there for a drink before dinner. We can recommend the Queens Head in Salcombe which does nice food and is dog friendly. They have a large outside area at the back. As this is not far for us to travel it makes a great site for a short break. We will be back.
