We had to cancel our Fri-Sat booking as our car had not been returned from the garage with air suspension problems, and had to wait until the Monday to start our holiday. The site managers Ann & Perry were very helpful, as the site was shown as full from the following Saturday we had planned to leave on Saturday morning to go to Poolsbrook, however whilst on the Firs we noticed that Casington Water which was nearer was available, I cancelled Poolsbrook, tried to book on C/water then found it was now full, frantically tried to rebook Poolsbrook and that was then shown full, all within a space of a few minutes. Panic, when down to see Ann & Perry next morning and they managed to get us a pitch so that we could stay on the Firs, which is what we wanted in the first place, brillant, they could not be more helpful. I can understand why it fills up quickly as they keep the site immaculate. a vey pleasant stay.
