Well im sorry to say we will not be back to this site. Yes the site is within easy walking distance of Thirsk. The wardens were very helpful and try their best but the toilet block, while clean was a disgrace. It needs knocking down and a new one bulit. We have been in the caravan club for 17 years and it the first time my wife has used our shower in the caravan as she found the ' cupboard ' shower and when i say cupboard i mean cupboard as thats what they are very claustrophobic. The Caravan Club should be ashamed to have their name associated with this site
