Be aware, unusually for the Club, the signposting for this site is non existent whilst on the A3075 from Newquay. Follow the directions as per the book and you will be ok, just ignore the first Rejerrah signpost pointing left and make sure you take the second pointing right. Its at the bottom of a long hill known as the Big Dipper. The mile long lane to the site is a bit of a nightmare, very narrow with only a couple of adequate passing areas if you meet anything oncoming. Once there we had no problems with booking in as there were only two pitches left lol. We were on grass which was ok but the hardstandings appeared cramp. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the site was very clean and tidy though a climb from the bottom, where we were, to the showers and reception. It was very peaceful, the only issues being some who think that everyone wants to hear their dogs barking and then shout at them EVEN LOUDER !!!!! I would suggest that if you have any knee joint problems or other mobility issues then this is not ideal for you, and you always need to drive anywhere you go. Perranporth is a 'do able' hike from the site (75/90 mins) and very pretty plus there are other walks from site too. Perranporth car parks fill up very quickly, I wouldn't fancy it peak season. The rugby club is an over flow for the rest of the town £6 all day. The beach is beautiful, good for boarding if the waves are right. Quite a few places to eat too. Sennan Cove is well worth a visit as is the Minack Theatre and St Agnes. Everyone suggests the Smugglers Den for a meal, book in advance !! To be honest it was OK but nowt special. My phone got stuck to the table, Ugh !! All in all a nice enough site but I can't imagine us returning, it just lacked something but we can't work out what. NB - I would suggest an easier way to approach Treamble avoiding the A392 and therefore missing the traffic around Newquay, is to stay on the A30 and then just after the junction with the A39 at Carland Cross, take the B3285 towards Goonhaven and Perranporth. Then take the second right s/p Newquay 7 miles plus there is a large sign for the Monkey Tree Camp site. Stay on this road which is perfectly adequate for caravans etc and it will bring you to the A3075. Turn right and the lane s/p Rejerrah on the left comes up within a few hundred yards. We returned this way and it was far quicker.

The approach to the site you advise at the end of your review is the advised route by CAMC on the internet for Treamble Valley.

Cannot understand why they book and internet are different.
