Surly unhelpful staff.
The staff were particualrly unhelpful. I moved out after one night to the campsite"little Treamble" up the road who were much friendlier.

The member had booked an eco pitch, when he arrived he wanted a pitch with electric, we had a pitch with electric for 1 night only. We changed his booking for 1 night as we were completely full after that so was told he would have to have an eco pitch as that was what he booked or unfortunately would have to find another site the following day. We did suggest he tried Little a Treamble as we knew they had availability.
when you book an eco pitch it means you have no electric. The member was completely incredulous that a campsite would have pitches without electric.
Dont really know how we could have been more helpful!
