Good for families

Away from the hustle and bustle.

A lovely positioned site overlooking the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall. The pitches are mainly flat and spacious on tiered levels. The main attraction for this site is the tranquil nature and the walks around the locality. One thing to realise is that the nearest shops are a good walk from the site, especially if via coast path. The facilities that are on site are kept clean and in good order by the staff who are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the lack of a shop selling basic items.

I agree. Been coming here each year for 9 years. Firs time with nothing on sale in the shop and no gas. Whilst the extent of shop items may be down to the head warden, I can’t help thinking that some base level could have been provided. Gas can be bought at the Tintagel Hardware store or the bp Camelford station at the end of the B3266, but 6kg propane is in short supply in July 2023
