Lovely site

We stayed on a three night trip ready to further our journey to Scotland. Immaculate site, really friendly wardens. TV reception was poor, but there were booster points. We didn’t have a cable, but we were able to purchase a cable for £20 (cash only in the shop). I didn’t have enough cash but the lovely lady trusted me to pay the following day which was kind. The facilities looked brand new and were immaculate, well pleased with that. We were booked onto a fully serviced pitch, but the outlook was disappointing, only a grass bank to look at; non serviced pitches has a much prettier outlook. However, we were very near the dog walking area which did suit us. The only slight blip was the cost, over £40 per night which seemed a bit stiff but maybe I’m out of touch with prices this year, bearing in mind the inflation rates!
