Arrived after a 3 hour drive to a very welcoming & accommodating couple who let us choose which pitch we wanted. Explained about the fireworks display & entertainment that was happening that we did not know about. Helped with where we needed to be & everything we need to know. Lovely couple doing a great job. After reading other peoples complaints I just think you cannot please everybody all the time & especially people who want home comforts.
