We are always looking for club sites with plenty of walks 'from the gate' due to having a very energetic dog and this has got to be one of the best on the network. Brought a little map at reception (recommended by very pleasant & helpful wardens) with that many walks it was hard to decide which way to go! Grassington is a lovely little village and the handmade pork pies at the butchers are the best I have ever tasted & the homemade black pudding is fabulous with bacon & egg. It is so nice to be able to take the dog into a cafe..."The Retreat" has full marks. Keeping on a food theme "Bizzie Lizzies" restaurant  in Skipton served excellent  fish & chips, even if we did sit on the wall outside (but they allowed us to use the loo's which always helps!) Fantastic beautiful area, especially at this time of year, plenty of walking in every direction with not a sole in site at times and places to visit too - Malham cove is one to recommend. Our only tiny gripe is that some of the trees and shrubs around the site could be cut down to a lower level to allow the sun onto the pitches more - the trees around the edge of the site provide shade if required.
