Excellent site.
Stayed here 23 - 25th January. All round an excellent site, easy to find, great access from main roads. Very clean and tidy, excellent toilet blocks (refurbished summer 2016) . Short walk to nearby Asda, with large shopping centre a short drive away.
The nearby Tees Barrage is interesting, as is a nearby nature reserve all a very short walk away. The wardens are friendly and the site is not too big and feels welcoming.
