First night stop over

This was our first nights stop over on our way to the Monaco F1. The site is quite large and spread out over a large wooded area, since we last visited three years ago a large part of the site seems to have been taken over by static caravans. The young female receptionist had a good command of the English language and was quite helpful. There is a large covered pool and plenty to do for the kids so if you want quite go somewhere else. The main important things were all OK though, the facilities were clean and tidy, there is a restaurant and bar (which we did not use), the segregated pitches are spacious and on the whole level. We walked down to the local village through the forest edge and found several good bars and restaurants. Down being the operative word as its all up hill on the way back. If like us you need somewhere to stay over to break a long journey, we were heading off for a couple of nights in Switzerland then Lugano on our way to Monaco, it is more than adequate. But having no kids a longer stay would possibly be a pain. So as with other reviews I've done, would we go again - as a transit stop yes for more than two nights probably not.
