Great stopover
We only stayed 1 night on the way back to the ferry, very handy for that, though a bit off the track. Receptionist very helpful and friendly, so were restaurant staff (food was good, not great, but not expensive and nice not to have to cook. Plus very nice that it was still open in Sept). Wifi was too pricey so we skipped that. Lovely setting and grounds, nice woods to walk dogs in. Also a good grocery store a short drive away (not walkable because no pavement along the busy road).
