A very convenient site

We have stayed at this site many times and will without doubt return again.  No I wouldn't want to have a full holiday term here but as a site to use for a couple of days before returning to the UK it is great.  If you have good weather the pool is fine you can walk along to the beach or up to the town easily. The pitches are a good size and stag. Always very helpful.

OK ish

Basically agree with many other comments. Great for the Ferry and very close to a beach and a couple of restaurants, but you can see why it's only a three star site. Toilets a little basic (no seats, paper or soap) and no/unclear instructions concerning waste water. My comments may be coloured by the poor weather we had!

Good site

A well organised site. Good size pitch. Wifi only available in reception/bar/club room area. Toilet and shower facilities good and cleaned regularly.no instruction given where to dispose waste water. Good location for  exploring northern Brittany. Easy walking distance into St.Pol. De Leon. Excellent coastal footpath both direction. 1 1/2 hrs walk to Roscoff town centre. Downside..Dogs are not allowed to run free on the local beaches during the summer season. We stayed for two weeks but found it was a popular site for people just arriving or departing from Roscoff staying a night or two.

A good find

There is nothing really special about this site but no real problems either. The real plus point is the ten minutes journey to the ferry. On our last night we went back to the general area near the site as we had to be at the ferry terminal before you could be 'let out' of the site. We had poor weather which never helps but it is in easy walking distance of a good place for an evening meal (although very inconsistent) A good cycle path to Roscoff is nearby and the town had enough to keep us interested. It was a good start to our holiday and I would certainly consider returning to this site for the first couple of nights.

Convenient for the ferry

This is a nice smaller site close to a beach. It's convenient for the ferry, but would also be a good spot for a seaside holiday. The pitches are not huge, but are well laid out. Toilet facilities were OK, but no toilet seats. The lovely town of St. Pol de Leon is within walking distance and there are also restaurants nearer to the site along the coast. Although no restaurant on site, there was some food provision (crepes one night, frites on another, etc.). Free WiFi near reception office.

Great for Northern Brittany

We stayed there for two weeks, and it met all our expectations. Good sized pitches, right on the coast, town an easy (uphill) walk. Very friendly and helpful people in the office. Lack of seats in loos and need to take own paper surprises some brits, but not uncommon on the continent and all facilities kept very clean and in good order. Could do with a simple site info. leaflet on arrival, I saw many trying to pour grey water down the soak-away under the taps, when having asked in the office I found out you are meant to use the drain in front of the camper service point by the entrance! Love the area, especially surprised by Roscoff itself which is completely charming. Morlaix disappointing, tourist office had shut down - permanently by the look of it! Boat trip to Isle de Batz well worth the 9 Euro return fare.

Happy returns

We have used this site a couple of times, over the last 2 years, its a lovely quiet site close to the town/beach/coast, so great site to explore the northern coast of Brittany. The town is only 20 min walk, where you will find major supermarkets and plenty of small shops, its well worth a walk. The site itself is very clean and tidy, you are greeted by Madame who will show you to an area so you can select you preferred pitch, all of which are of a good size.( No twin axles allowed) The coast is just across the road from the site so the only noise you will hear is the tide coming in each day (its very relaxing). Finally the site is only 20 mins from Roscoff car ferry, so ideal for the 0915 ferry to Plymouth.
