I am sorry to hear that you were very disappointed with Domaine de la Catinière. I spoke to the site about your remarks, they were genuinely shocked and saddened that you had such a disappointing stay. Please see their reply below.

We are sorry that at the time you went to the washrooms, there was grass. As for the chemical tank, it had to be exceptional that it is clogged because we have no memory (if it was regular, we would have intervened and other people would have told us). The sanitary facilities are regularly checked and cleaned. We are very attentive at that. We work a lot to make holidaymakers spend a good time in a nice place to live. Your remark therefore puzzled us. Your stay was short (one night) and we deeply regret that you had this opinion. Many leave us congratulating us on the maintenance of the campsite.

Why do these responses appear months after reviews? I've seen several of these recently not one seems to be within 6 months of the rposted review.  

Its probably not the sites fault,

Maybe its the "new clubs" latest time scales
