We stayed on site first week of September, we found the site to be understaffed. Pitches were poor very tight for the smallest of setups. No toilet roll provided never new until you got in there. Hard luck if you were busting.

 Thank you for sharing your experience at Obitur Guincho on our website.  We are sorry that you encountered some negative issues with the site.  The size of our overseas pitches do vary from site to site, some can seem rather petite after what you might be used to in the UK, however we do publish the approximate size of the pitch in our Venture Abroad brochure and on our website.  If you do require a more generous pitch please contact us and we will be happy to advise.  It is also a fact that not all of the overseas campsites that we work with will provide toilet paper.

We thank you for your communication and, first of all, we sincerely regret any inconvenience felt.

Regarding to the size of the pitch, we would like to inform you that all pitches that are available in the campsite are the required size for regular sized caravans or motorhomes.

 We also would like to clarify that toilet paper is not provided at the sanitary blocks of Guincho Orbitur campsite, but customers can buy it at the supermarket.

We hope that our reply is sufficient to clarify what happened.
