We chose this site for various reasons:  It was open in April ( several are not). It was on the south end of Brittany which is marginally drier and warmer than the north coast. I t was not so far to drive ( we had already driven over 500 miles to get to Portsmouth form Aberdeen. We wanted a site with an indoor pool so we could enjoy a daily swim. We wanted a site on the coast. La Plage met all of the above criteria. We really liked the area - vaguely like our home. The staff were courteous and obliging. The on site shop and takeaway served us well. The site was really really quiet, deserted almost,once the tail end of the French Easter break dissipated and the families with youngsters departed. The area was easy to explore by bike. To quote Arnold Scwartzneger "I'll be back!"
