Great site, ideal after leaving Caen for the south
The site is well positioned after completing the Portsmouth/Caen daytime ferry crossing.
Opening the week prior to the Le Mans 24hr (their busiest week) not all of the facilities are open. While the pool (excellent) and bar are open, the shop and restaurant open later in the week.
As far as the pitches are concerned everyone gathers around large grassed areas, no hedges or dividing screens here.
Certainly recommended for short stays but book early if you are arriving in Le Mans week.
