Perfect location by the river Cher for exploring Chenonceaux
Great site for exploring the Loire. Don’t forget your bikes! Handy to get to Chenonceaux castle. As we’d visited before this time we hired a boat from the other side of the river from the campsite. Pool great - if a bit fresh!! We ate at restaurant on site - very popular and food good though mussels dissapointingly small. Staff mostly very helpful but the odd one needs yo work on his customer manners!!
Facilities kept very clean.
