This is a very well run site, with cheerful & friendly staff. The whole site is kept extremely clean & tidy and the facilities regularly cleaned. The restaurant serves excellent food with products sourced locally. Even the puddings are home made by the chef! A big plus for this site is that it’s not in the middle of nowhere. There is a main road 100m from the entrance which is on a bus route. There is a large Intermarché, including petrol station, about a mile away. The beach is adjacent to the site and accessible via a gate. However, it’s not a swimming or paddling beach. The breakers start a minimum of 50m out, depending on the wind, making it good for surfing and bodyboards. We will certainly return.
