Caravan and Motorhome Club Celebrates Bronze Award in TIDE ENEI Benchmarking

The Caravan and Motorhome Club is delighted to announce it has been awarded the Bronze Award in this year’s TIDE (Talent Inclusion & Diversity Evaluation) benchmarking by the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI).

This nationally recognised benchmarking process evaluates an organisation’s progress in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. The Bronze Award highlights the Club’s commitment to embedding inclusive practices across its culture and operations.

Kerry Upton, Director of People and Culture at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, said:

As part of its long-term vision, the Club aims “to ensure everyone feels welcome to join and belong to our Club and to create an environment where Diversity and Inclusion is so ingrained in our culture that it is organic and part of the Club’s day to day life.”

The Club will continue to work closely with ENEI and other partners to advance its diversity and inclusion goals in the months and years ahead.
