Caravan and Motorhome Club’s Contact Centre named a finalist in 10 categories at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2026

The Caravan and Motorhome Club’s Contact Centre has been named a finalist in an impressive 10 categories at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2026, recognising excellence across customer service, leadership and operational performance.  

The UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest‑running awards in the UK contact centre industry, celebrating best practice and innovation across organisations of all sizes. This year’s finalists reflect a wide range of leading UK contact centres. Winners will be announced following the final judging at Old Billingsgate in Central London on Monday, 22 June 2026.

The Club’s recognition as a finalist in 10 categories is a significant achievement reflecting its Contact Centre team’s continued commitment to delivering high‑quality service and support to the Club’s members and customers, while maintaining strong operational standards in a fast‑paced environment. 

The Club has been named a finalist in the following categories:

Individual categories:

  • Significant Contributor in a Small Contact Centre - Robyn Millward
  • Service Team Manager of the Year in a Small Contact Centre - Cara Spall
  • Contact Centre Manager of the Year in a Small Contact Centre - Natalie Owen
  • Contact Centre Leader of the Year - Philip Hardy

Team categories: 

  • Specialist Team of the Year – Small Team - Membership Services Support Team
  • Customer Resolution Team of the Year

Organisation categories:

  • Best Apprenticeship Programme
  • Best AI for Colleagues
  • Best Quality Management Programme
  • Best Contact Centre Culture in a Small Contact Centre

The Club’s Contact Centre employees are required to promote and sell a range of the Club’s services and products, handle member and non-member enquiries and resolve any queries to the required standards. All staff are trained thoroughly to provide excellent customer service at all times.
