The Caravan and Motorhome Club is celebrating a major success at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2026, taking home Gold in the Best Quality Management Programme category. The Club also secured a Silver award for Best Contact Centre Culture and a Bronze award in the Best Leader category following the prestigious awards ceremony at Old Billingsgate in Central London on Monday, 22 June.

The UK National Contact Centre Awards 2026 are the longest-running awards in the UK contact centre industry, celebrating excellence and innovation across organisations of all sizes. This trio of wins highlights the Club’s continued strength, exceptional workplace culture, and the consistent excellence of its Contact Centre operations.

The Best Quality Management Programme award recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding quality frameworks, continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience delivery. Meanwhile, the culture and leadership accolades underscore the Club's commitment to fostering a supportive, high-performing environment for its staff.
