E-Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed against UK Club campsite stays and Experience Freedom accommodation, including camping pods, glamping pods, glamping cabins, yurts and safari tents.
How it Works
Choose a value – Select the amount you’d like to gift, from £5 up to £500.
Choose a design – Birthday, anniversary, Christmas or simply just because, we have a range of voucher designs to suit the occasion.
Add a message – Write a personalised message to appear on the E-Gift voucher itself.
Choose a date – Have the voucher sent instantly or schedule it to arrive on a preferred date.
Easy to redeem – Once received, vouchers can be redeemed against any UK Club campsite fees and Experience Freedom accommodation. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero.

What can E-Gift vouchers be used for?
Caravan and Motorhome UK Club campsite fees and Experience Freedom accommodation only, including camping, camping pods, glamping pods, glamping cabins, yurts and safari tents.
Are there any UK campsite exclusions?
E-Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against campsites in the Republic of Ireland, Affiliated campsites, Certificated Locations, Seasonal pitches or Storage pitches.
What happens if I do not receive my E-Gift voucher?
The E-Gift voucher should arrive in your email inbox immediately after the purchase or on your chosen delivery date. Please check your junk/spam folders before contacting the Caravan and Motorhome Club or Experience Freedom. If the E-Gift voucher is not appearing in your inbox or your junk/spam folder please contact our team on 01342 318 813 who will reissue the voucher for you.
How do I pay using the E-Gift voucher?
- To redeem against Caravan and Motorhome Club UK Club campsite fees simply present your E-Gift voucher to the staff upon arrival at Reception and they will do the rest.
- To redeem against Experience Freedom accommodation, phone the Experience Freedom team on 01342 777 533. The E-Gift voucher amount will be subtracted from the booking total at the time of booking.
Can E-Gift vouchers be used on any date during the validity period and do they have an expiry date?
Yes, they can be used on any date subject to availability. E-Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 365 days, an expiry date will be displayed on the E-Gift voucher.
Do you give change if my order is less than the amount on the E-Gift voucher?
This is a live E-Gift voucher and any balance will remain as a credit on the voucher until all of the balance is used or the expiry date is reached.
How do I check my E-Gift voucher balance?
For Caravan and Motorhome Club visit camc.uk.vouchersandgifts.com click on 'Check Balance' and enter your voucher code.
For Experience Freedom visit experiencefreedom.uk.vouchersandgifts.com click on 'Check Balance' and enter your voucher code.
Are the E-Gift vouchers refundable?
Unfortunately, our E-Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
What happens if I lose my E-Gift voucher email?
Please contact our team on 01342 318 813 who will reissue the E-Gift voucher for you.
Can I use my E-Gift voucher to pay for a booking deposit?
E-Gift vouchers cannot currently be redeemed against booking deposit payments. Deposits need to be paid for using a debit or credit card.
Who can purchase an E-Gift voucher?
Only UK residents can purchase E-Gift vouchers.
Terms and conditions
- Caravan and Motorhome Club E-Gift vouchers are redeemable against the following Club services only:
- UK Club campsite fees (excluding sites in Republic of Ireland, Affiliated campsites, Certificated Locations, Seasonal pitches or Storage pitches). To redeem please present the E-Gift voucher to Reception staff upon arrival at the Club campsite. Please note E-Gift vouchers cannot currently be redeemed against booking deposit payments. Deposits need to be paid for using a debit or credit card.
- Experience Freedom accommodation. To redeem please phone the Experience Freedom team on 01342 777 533. The E-Gift voucher amount will be subtracted from the booking total at the time of booking.
- All other Club or Club associated products and services are excluded and cannot be redeemed using an E-Gift voucher.
- E-Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase. An expiry date will be displayed on the E-Gift voucher.
- E-Gift vouchers may be exchanged for services of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
- E-Gift vouchers can be used multiple times until the value reaches zero or the E-Gift voucher expires.
- E-Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- E-Gift vouchers can be reissued if lost, please contact our team on 01342 318 813 for assistance.
- Experience Freedom E-Gift vouchers are redeemable against the following:
- Experience Freedom accommodation only (run by the Caravan and Motorhome Club). Glamping accommodation includes camping pods, glamping pods, glamping cabins, yurts and safari tents. E-gift vouchers can also be redeemed against camping pitches.
- Caravan and Motorhome Club UK Club campsite fees (excluding sites in Republic of Ireland, Affiliated campsites, Certificated Locations, Seasonal pitches or Storage pitches). To redeem please present the E-Gift voucher to Reception staff upon arrival at the Club campsite. Please note E-Gift vouchers cannot currently be redeemed against booking deposit payments. Deposits need to be paid for using a debit or credit card.
- All other Experience Freedom or associated products and services are excluded and cannot be redeemed using an E-Gift voucher.
- E-Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by phoning Experience Freedom on 01342 777 533. The E-Gift voucher amount will be subtracted from the booking total at the time of booking.
- E-Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase. An expiry date will be displayed on the E-Gift voucher.
