Camping InNature Arques

We have just spent 2 nights here so let’s start with the positives the pool and bar area are beautiful as is the one sanitary block that is finished all kept very clean the lake area is also lovely with good quality sun loungers. Unfortunately there are negatives upon arrival they couldn’t find our booking or that we had paid fortunately I had printed all the paperwork from the caravan club we had booked a super pitch with electric hook up but there was no pitch management whatsoever she didn’t know if she had one with electricity left none of the pitches were numbered and basically she didn’t have a clue where anyone was so we had to go look for a pitch. The pitch can best be described as a patch of builders rubble with a few tufts of weeds but it did have electricity. There were small tents on big electrical pitches that weren’t using the electricity a total shambles. I have no doubt that when the site is finished it will be lovely the second sanitary block shown on the site map was still under construction and the pitches and pitch management need a lot of work at the moment I wouldn’t class it as a 4 star site
