The campsite is located on the island of La Barthelasse. It faces the Palace of the Popes and the famous Pont d’Avignon bridge, providing a splendid cultural view.
As you approach the banks of the Rhône, you will see the ramparts of the medieval town of Avignon, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering you a journey in time.
From the gateway of the French capital of theatre, you will also be able to enjoy regular trips on the Rhône River departing from the campsite, via a free river shuttle service that will take you directly to Avignon town centre.
