Experience Freedom Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Email Gift Vouchers can take up to 2 working days to be processed and are subject to an admin fee.

    • UK admin fee - £2.50
    • Mainland Europe admin fee - £5.99
    • USA admin fee -  £8.99

    This will show as postage and packaging at the checkout.

  2. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by phoning Experience Freedom on 01342 777 533.
  3. The Gift Voucher amount will be subtracted from the booking total at the time of booking.
  4. The Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the value associated with it reaches zero or the Gift Voucher expires.
  5. The Gift Voucher can be used on camping pods, glamping pods, glamping cabins, yurts and airstreams, subject to availability.
  6. Gift Vouchers must redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date.
  7. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
