Last updated 12 April 2021

Following the recent Government announcements, we are very pleased to be able to provide a further update on our Club campsite network including reopening dates and the use of shared facilities.

Please see the below sections for the specific details about each country.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and we will continue to review our UK Club campsite network in line with Government advice as it is announced.

The safety and wellbeing of our members, guests, staff and the communities in which our campsites operate, has always been of paramount importance to us.

From 12 April our Club campsites in England and Wales require all members and guests over the age of 16 to provide Test and Trace (or UK country variants) information. If you already have the NHS Covid-19 app, you will be asked to use this on arrival at the campsite for all party members over the age of 16. If you do not have the app, you will be provided with a log sheet to complete. For more information on the Test and Trace requirements please see our Coronavirus FAQs. We are awaiting further Government guidance about Test and Trace at our Club campsites in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We'd like to remind you that we are currently not able to allow visitors on-site to meet with other guests to help keep members and staff safe at this time.

Please note that we will strive to keep this page as up to date as possible, but as this is a complex and ever-changing situation, please always check the relevant Government websites for the very latest information using the links below:

England

All our Club campsites in England are now open. Based on the latest Government guidance issued 8 April, we are pleased to be able to open toilets and shared washing and cleaning facilities excluding showers at Club campsites in England which have them.

We are working really hard to ensure as many campsites as possible can reopen these facilities as soon as possible, however due to time constraints and operational issues not all campsites will have toilets and shared washing and cleaning facilities open straight away. Please continue to check our list of campsites below for details.

Should this guidance change, we will advise members accordingly. The current provisional date for reopening showers is 17 May 2021, however, this will be dependent on further Government guidance. For the latest updates about our on-site social areas, please read our Coronavirus FAQs.

If you wish to book a tent camping pitch in England, please contact the relevant Club campsite directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For any bookings with our Certificated Locations (CL) or Affiliated Sites (AS), please check directly with those campsites.

Scotland

Following the Scottish Government's recent guidance, we are planning to reopen all our Club campsites in Scotland from 26 April 2021. We are however awaiting further clarification on the use of communal areas and shared facilities (including toilets and showers) and will advise on this as soon as possible. Service points and waste disposal facilities will be available and open for use, operated in line with government guidelines.

For any bookings with our Certificated Locations (CL) or Affiliated Sites (AS), please check directly with those campsites.

Wales

Club and Affiliated campsites in Wales are now open and from 12 April there are no longer restrictions on travel between Wales and England. Unfortunately due to the restrictions, our toilets and showers and other indoor shared facilities on Wales campsites will not be open until further notice, but fresh water and wastewater facilities will be available.

If you wish to book a tent camping pitch in Wales, please contact the relevant Club campsite directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please be aware that due to the restrictions, our facilities will not be open and you will need to have your own self-contained on board facilities such as toilet, washing and kitchen facilities.

For any bookings with our Certificated Locations (CL) or Affiliated Sites (AS), please check directly with those campsites.
