Free night offer at The Motorhome and Caravan Show October 2025
Terms and conditions
- The voucher can only be redeemed for bookings made between 14 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 (the Offer Period) with arrival between 24 October 2025 and 31 January 2026 (excludes arrivals between 19 December 2025 and 04 January 2026).
- The voucher cannot be redeemed for bookings of a single night, a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights on one UK Club campsite applies.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to collect a voucher and at least 18 years of age on the date you make a campsite booking.
- You will need to pay the deposit or pay in line with our applicable booking terms and conditions. The cost of your first night will be refunded to you when you present your voucher upon arrival at your booked campsite and all other nights will be charged at the exclusive member rate (saving you £15 per night).
- Your free night voucher is valid at all UK Club campsites open during the Offer Period with the exception of Certificated Locations, Affiliated Sites and Overseas Campsites. It is your responsibility to ensure the UK Club campsite is not excluded before you complete your booking.
- This offer can be used in conjunction with any other promotion currently running. However, only one free night voucher can be redeemed per stay.
- Your free night voucher can only be used once. Arrivals without a valid voucher code will not receive a free night.
- Lost vouchers cannot be re-issued or replaced. Vouchers emailed but that are undelivered due to reasons out of our control will not be re-issued.
- The vouchers have no cash value and will not be exchanged or extended at any time.
- Standard cancellation terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
- The Caravan and Motorhome Club reserves the right to decline to circulate any voucher, decline any booking and/or to redeem a voucher where there is a suspicion of fraud, misuse, or breach of these T&Cs. The Caravan and Motorhome Club will act reasonably when making a decision in this regard and will provide a brief explanation of its decision.
