The caravan is in good condition for its year. The main area comprises of two settees which convert to a double bed, a pull-out table, multiple cupboards (floor and wall) and work surfaces. All devices in this area are functioning well, including water heater , space heater, electric sockets, fridge, microwave, gas cooker (though grill needs some attention), FM radio, and TV aerial. The end room contains the shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin and wardrobe. The outside surface is clean but inevitably, given its year, it has a few small scratches and dents. A very useful feature is the motor mover which can manoeuvre the caravan into tight positions without being hooked up. There is an external light. There are several external lockable cupboards, one of which contains the leisure battery. There is no service history but I have maintained it regularly by greasing, adjusting brakes and keeping everything functioning well. The tow-bar is lockable for security. The original specifications and instructions are available. Also included are the water carrier, grey water collector, the plug-in mains electricity cable, picnic table and a couple of folding chairs.
