Atlas Mirage 2021 for sale

Atlas Mirage 2021 static caravan for private sale sited at Haven’s Kent Coast Holiday Park, Allhallows – ME3 9QD 2 bedroom (6 berth) model with double glazing & central heating, and comes with a wraparound decking with views on the Thames. It’s sited on a Thameside pitch next to just a few rows back from the sea wall promenade, and there’s a hedge-row behind for privacy and parking allowed outside. It's very close to the park’s Marina Bar, and a 6-7 minute flat walk to the main facilities. The park operates a 10 month owner season, and doesn’t enforce any age limits for caravans. Reduced for a quick sale to £27,000 which includes the site fees for the park's owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer would also need to arrange site fees for the remainder of the season (they were £8040 for the full year). The caravan is in great condition and is only being sold because it’s not getting used. It has never been rented out although it would be acceptable for the park’s fully managed sublet service. The pitch is classed as a bronze yet it has a direct sea view because of the bushes in front, and it’s away from the noisy holiday rentals.  Private Sale Caravans are dealing with all enquiries on 07410 488499, and we're available for viewings 7 days a week including evenings.
