Rear full width washroom with separate shower, Thetford cassette toilet, hand washbasin. Blown air heating on gas or electric. Mains hook-up. Blinds and flyscreens throughout. Alloy wheels, drop down carpets, spare wheel, kettle, and crockery and cutlery if wanted. Clean condition. Service history and CRIS documents. Serviced 16.7.26 by Bailey workshop. New battery, smoke alarm, gas regulator and gas pigtail fitted. Please note: The service identified damp confined very locally to the outside front corner behind the bulkhead. As was explained to us by the caravan engineer, this damp does not and will not extend further. He also said that most caravans of this age have some damp but they are not meticulously tested with a damp meter as this one has been.
