Good location off a v narrow lane

Great Plummers Farm
A lovely little site that is very close to Luton airport (trains to London from luton parkway are really frequent and cheap) - you do hear the airplanes if the wind is in that direct, but it's not too unobtrusive. Surrounded by countryside with hard standing and grassy field. It's not manacured but well kept natural. No ehu or facilities (except water & waste) but at £10 (2021) I'm quite happy with that. Certainly cheaper than a hotel for an overnight visit to London! The difficulty is the very narrow lane that leads to the site. It has passing places but these are single vehicle length. If travelling with a caravan or longer MoHo in the dark, be vary wary of this. The road has a deep ditch to the side too, which means manoevering in the dark to pass an oncoming vehicle is precarious - I got stuck, with my car and van in the hedge and the other vehicle nearly in the ditch as the passing place was not big enough. This was not obvious in the dark at the time the on coming vehicle pulled over. Acces into the field is too tight to be direct off the road meaning you turn into the farmer yard opposite, turnround and enter the field from across the road. This was no problem and also means there's no risk of catching anything as you turn if you judge it incorrectly.
