Perfect - Just as others have said

Andrew greeted us and we settled ourselves in. Hardstanding pitches are enormous, plenty of room for a car, caravan, awning and all the water paraphenalia still leaving room to walk around the car and van - you don't get that on a Club site. Plenty to do in the area, Lytham Hall free except for a parking charge, all the seaside towns, Brockholes nature reserve, big enough to spend a day there (no dogs). We were going to cycle the Preston Guild Wheel but were thwarted by strong winds. The fields were under water so we skipped the walking - hope to go back in better weather. An excellent site good value with metered electric.

A little gem of a CL

Norcross
Easy to find, easy access and a warm welcome from Andrew, who showed us around the site. A pretty outlook with us nose in so we could watch the sheep and their antics! Great shower (once it had been turned up a bit) and clean toilets. Andrew was always on hand if you needed him and was an interesting character to chat to. The little farm shop on site was well stocked ( we bought some amazing cooking apples!) and the nursery was good to have a mooch around. We were close enough to what we wanted to see and especially enjoyed Lytham St. Annes. A great pub within walking distance and offered a cheep and cheerful menu, although the food was actually REALLY good!! A beautifully well kept site with lovely large hardstanding pitches. Thank you Andrew & Anne, keep up the good work!

Great CL

Norcross
Great welcome from Andrew, who was always at hand for a chat and advice. Adults only, water and metered electricity on each pitch, with drainage planned shortly, making them fully serviced. Large flat hardstanding pitches, that doesn't tread in when wet - one bonus, plus clean well maintained toilets! Bus stop within a few hundred yards (No 61) to Blackpool or Preston, or bus 75 to Fleetwood, via Poulton and Cleveleys (took quite long time, but scenic route). Would definitely return.

1st time here but will definitely return. Loads of space on flat level hardstanding areas. Water & EHU to each pitch. Nice views out across the fields, sheep grazing and horses across the field. Small, clean toilet block of 2. Very clean & tidy. Qwners were very welcoming & helpful. There own little plant nursery at very reasonable prices. Fresh eggs also. Short walk to local pub/restaurant and garage with shop for basics opposite. Short walk in Kirkham with pubs & supermakets etc. Lovely little site.

What a gem of a CL

Norcross
JUST FINISHED A 2 NIGHT PEACEFUL STAY AT THIS GEM OF A CL. EXCEPTIONAL LARGE PITCHES, EVEN THOUGH ITS OFF THE MAIN ROAD , NO ROAD NOISE. FEILDS TO VIEW AND ADDED SHEEP TO ENTERTAIN. ANNIE HAS A NICE LITTLE FRUIT AND VEG SHOP ALONG WITH A NURSERY WITH BEUTIFUL HANGING BASKETS AT GIVE AWAY PRICES. LOVELY CLEAN TOILETS , WATER TO EACH PITCH ELSON AND GREY WASTE AND MOTORHOME WASTE DROP NEAR THE ENTRANCE SPOTLESS. ANDREW WAS VERY WELOMING, ALONG WITH HIS WIFE ANNIE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL HOST'S. FANTASTIC CL WITH ANDREW ALREADY MAKING A SHOWER UNIT AS AN ADDED BONUS. SAD THING IS LEAVING A REVIEW WILL MAKE IT TO BUSY . EDINA & DOUG.
