Great mixture of family friendly with peace and tranquility

White House Farm CL
From the moment I spoke to Debbie on the phone to make our booking, I knew we had chosen the right site for us. Debbie and Colin are the type of people you would hope ran your Campsite. We had a great Bank Holiday with walks, game of cricket, hide and seek in the Forrest with the kids and Debbie took the Grandchildren round the Farm to meet all the Animals which they thoroughly enjoyed. The toilet/shower facilities are nicer than a lot of big commercial sites and they have gone out of their way to make this a really lovely place to visit with even a small bar and large wooden decking area for the warmer weather. The fishing lakes look immaculate and very well kept ( all though we are not into fishing we could see all the effort that had gone into the fishing areas).

A 'smashing. c.l.

White House Farm CL
A lovely warm and friendly welcome from Debbie & Colin, to this c.l. Set on flat ground surrounded by trees, and part of a fishery, there is also a small bar area if you need it. Very clean and spotless toilet, and wet room style shower. Praise to Colin for the neat and tidy way he has formed the drinking and waste water, re-cycling, chemical disposal point etc, all on clean firm concrete area with a covered roof section to keep you dry when dealing with ablutions, or water works when raining! Good location in the mid Lincs countryside, with Sleaford around seven miles away with a good array of supermarkets, incl. Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi plus others. Difficult to advise on present open attractions due to the Covid virus, but nearby is Tattershall with the Nat.Trust castle, and the charming town of Woodhall Spa, with its connections to 617 Squadron - The Dambusters. Visited a small cottage style museum last time we were in Woodhall Spa, but unfortunately currently closed, but I can recommend a visit at another time. Can be some 'entertaining' jet noise through part of the day on occasions from the RAF fighter training, but fascinating to watch these aircraft scream across the open Lincolnshire skies. All in all, a very pleasant and lovely site where you are well looked after by the hosts'. Thank you to Debbie & Colin, would certainly recommend.

Lovely site

White House Farm CL
Even though it says in the handbook there are no toilets, there is a toilet and a free shower, both are immaculate. A lovely friendly couple , great walks around the fishing lakes. Recycling bins provided, lovely site.
