Peaceful and relaxing

Loved staying here. Our first experience of a CL and couldn't have chosen a better one! Friendly welcome, large well maintained pitches, spotless toilet facilility, beautiful view over the wheat fields and lots of peace and quiet. There is a lovely walk down the lane into Caister and the beach. There are also lots of footpaths and circular walks through some lovely country villages and alongside the river Bure. Take a map and explore the pretty lanes and thatched churches. Our favourite site this year!

Simply the best

A superb CL that we have returned to again and again over the years. Excellent facilities with extra large pitches which are well-tended. An attentive and friendly owner complete the picture. The site is perfectly situated for visiting Gt Yarmouth, the Broads and Norwich. So much to see and do in this area coupled with the peace and tranquility that can be found there that it draws us back several times each year.

Lovely site

We spent three nights in this site in early August and we loved it. There is a lot of space and privacy for each unit. The toilet was always very clean. Very well located for visiting the coast and the broads, even by bike, as we did. The owner was very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. It is one of the nicest sites we have been to over our five years with a motorhome.

Payments not clear

Very good site and everything you would need. One issue I had was that I payed on arrival no problem but then on my last day I was asked to pay £2.00 each day for my dog. Did not want to dispute but should have been notified when I paid or should be on details of site. 0/10 for that!!

An Excellent CL

A brilliant CL with a very friendly and welcoming owner. Very large, level pitches surrounded by high conifer hedging - only 2 vans in each section. CL facilities were good and included the use of a toilet and washroom. 3G telephone reception on site. Very easy access to Great Yarmouth and the Broads. Highly recommended
