Laurencekirk Certificated Locations

Laurencekirk is a small town in the Scottish county of Aberdeenshire, nestled in the valley between the Hill of Garvock and the Cairn O' Mount.

This, coupled with the fact that it is the largest conurbation in the Howe o' the Mearns, makes it a great place to take an outdoorsy holiday in the UK.

There are two pubs and a selection of tea rooms, cafes and restaurants to cater for mealtimes, while visitor attraction highlights include the Johnstone Tower, St Cyrus National Nature Reserve, Ecclesgreig Castle and the Stone of Morphie ancient monolith.

It's also well worth visiting the Castleton Farm Shop and Cafe and Burnside Brewery, which has a shop and regular open weekends, as well as hosting the annual Laurencekirk Beer Festival in October.
