The Swallows

Why stay here ...

As an adult only site with a with a maximum of three small campervans the Swallows is the perfect place to get away from it all. We have 15 acres of meadows that are bordered by a small river.

For nature lovers we have a variety of flora and fauna. Our wild birds include Red Kites and Buzzards and our wild flowers include banks of bluebells in the Spring. On clear nights our rural location offers great opportunities for star gazing. if you are looking for some peace and tranquillity you can picnic under the trees, read a book by the river or walk the dog in the meadow.

For days out we are located near the edge of the Brecon Beacons and we are surrounded by castles and beaches. Nearby places of interest include:

• The National Botanic Gardens of Wales
• Carreg Cennen Castle
• Dinefwr National Trust Estate and Newton House
• Paxton Tower

Further afield are Tenby, LLansteffan beach and castle, the Mumbles and the beautiful Gower coast. Pen Y Fan and the walks and waterfalls of Brecon Beacons are all easily within an hour’s drive.

Finding us couldn’t be easier, we are just 10 minutes from the A48. We are also very lucky that we have the best of both worlds in terms of our rural location but with all you could want in terms of supermarkets, take aways and dog friendly pubs all within a ten-minute drive.
