No club cards.

Hello, I am not very happy about not receiving any new club cards with my renewal, I have tried to order them on line but it keeps saying that the service is not available, I have tried telephoning, I keeps saying leave a message I have not received any reply, I have been in the Club for over 25 years, I am not happy with the way the club is going at the moment, not all of us have expensive phones with apps on!

Yes David if you tick the box/es then submit you get the screen shot I have shown

I have just followed the link and I get a different page to the one shown above. It shows both of our names and a box to tick if we want cards and then a submit button which I did not press as we already have new cards. I am using Windows 10 and Chrome.

As said above, first you get the tick boxes, then  as shown in the screenshot.    I am using  Chrome on my i pad.  OH uses Safari, she gets the same result.

Yes, that’s exactly what I got, using iPad (latest update). After quite a few attempts I gave up and ordered over the phone.

As I mentioned upthread, our membership is due for renewal on the 1st of next month.  I haven't renewed yet, so haven't clicked on the link in the email for physical cards.

Like DK, I did go into my Membership profile though, and once there, I clicked on the Digital membership cards, which then opened a window with info about it, plus FAQs below that.  Within the FAQs, the last one asks if you can still get a physical card.  When I clicked on that, there was another link to click on, which I did.  It then brought up a page with both our names with a tickbox next to each one.  I didn't go any further, as we have cards for this year, so don't know whether that would result in the same message as others get when requesting cards.

Possibly worth trying that way?  Or perhaps it's device specific, whether that link works or not.  I'm using an Android tablet.

I have reported your post to Rowena to see if she can get an answer for us. It seems strange that some are managing but others not.

David reading posts on here it seems that lately no one has been successful at ordering the physical cards Online and not a case of some managing and others not!

I couldn't order our cards online either and had to telephone to request them, got straight through on the phone, no problem I was told, they will be with you in 7 days and they were smile
