OMG how bad is the new booking APP I’ll tell you how bad bloody awful indeed. Poor performance, shocking loads speeds, very bad navigation and even just trying to use search for a site and booking is awful.

How many clicks to get to a completed booking way way to many. Whichever agency designed and built this dog should be ashamed. I suspect many of the older less tech savvy users are going to really struggle to use this as I work in tech and build digital experiences for end users every day and I really struggled to use it effectively.

bad bad bad and sooooo frustrating the old booking system wasn’t great but at least in half a dozen clicks I was sorted.

Bungled  introduction of new I T system - chief executive resigns (or is pushed out)!
sorry it’s not our club but Waitrose (Sunday Times headline) 

shouldn’t our top brass suffer the same fate?

Just had my first experience of the new booking system. Booked last week for 4 night stay starting this comming Sunday, which seemed easy enough, unfortunately my wife has just tested positive for covid and is feeling very unwell.

Tried to amend the booking to push it back to allow us to get well, however it would result in a £25 admin fee and a £50 cancelation fee which is way over the top and much more than the deposit we paid.

I realised that we were within the 21day booking restriction with regards to loosing our deposit if we cancelled but never appreciated that any amendments would be penalised so much.

Will use my remaining vouchers on a club site next year but I am seriously considering leaving CMC if this booking system is not changed
