Thanks for posting this up - but I see it does not include the Peripherique. To be honest driving in to central Paris is to be avoided if possible- much better to go in on the metro or RER.

As I follow up, I took a look at how to register - currently not available to non-French vehicles although they will have an on-line facility  to enable registration from January 2017.

I understand that it comes into effect from March.

Perhaps they will produce an English language application by then.....perhaps not!SurprisedSmile

PS It's suggested that other cities will follow soon!

It seems it's a really serious problem, looks like some of the cities in China!

PS I appreciate that some (very many) don't venture into cities but oddly enough some do so this may save a large fine!
