Thanks for the reply ttda. I did actually post this yesterday, on page 4, but it appears, as SteveL says, that that page is corrupt.
I managed to update my password after SteveL replied to say that you can change your password in "My Profile". I wasn't aware of that, but I tried it that way and it worked. The email, BTW, took over an hour to come through......
