Right  now  I'm  celebrating  the  fact  that  I  didn't  get  SKY  so  I  could  watch ( so  very  nearly  said  enjoy yell)  the  England  v West Indies  test  cricket.  After  all  the  wonderful  reports  of  how  the  team  is  building  up  into  a  World  Beating  Side  it  seems  that  it's  just  another  race  to  the  pits.  I'm  getting  the  feeling  that  watching  Sunday  football  between  a  couple  of  over age  pub  teams  will  bring  much  more  excitement  &  pleasure  until  Easter Egg  Rolling  commences  wink

Oh No We Haven't   !!  laughing

If we can find a decent batting coach, JR, could we smuggle him in at about No 5 ??

Still I saw the wikits again on More4 + 1 and they did not look any better but I've got it sussed for tomorrow ( probably the last day undecided )  -- I will get up at same time, go for my newspaper then put on BBC 1 to watch the ATHLETICS !!

Am I right in thinking Marcus Trescothick is going to be the new England batting coach ? , seem to recall reading it somewhere but can't for the life of me remember where ..🏏🏏.

Apparently MT doesn't take up his new role until later this month. We'll just have to rely on Jimmy until then πŸ˜€

🎢 Oh, Jimmy, Jimmy 🎡🎢
Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy
Jimmy Anderson 🎢🎡🎢

And the Stoker ain't doing too badly either laughing despite having a problem with one of his boots.  They seem strange to me ~~ they are laced boots with a  "Hook and Loop" strap as well undecided Still time to go and fry up the corn flakes  !

It's not looking too promising for your fried cornflakes Brian πŸ˜’ It's possible when you tune in this morning, you may be watching highlights.

I'm having thoughts about going to sit in the dentist's chair and not choosing any anesthesia. It's preferable to watching this πŸ˜₯

Quite agree JR, 65~ 6 now !  Even the commentators back in England { Rishi Persad, Andrew Strauss, and young Ebony } are using words like Abject and  Surrender and such --  think I will try to find a televised  'shove 'appeny' league to watch 'til the athletics starts

P.S.   ?? undecided  High Lights,  JR High lights ?? -- none to be seen from England's point of view alas !!
