This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

It's why I always do business with the Club by telephone and Email, not 100% I know, and the person on the other end is probably pressing the same buttons as I would, but I would not trust this site to make a booking, insurance etc, hell if I lived closer I would much rather knock on the door. Who knows when I press a pay/book button where that might lead me, this Forum which is an integral part of the main site inspires no confidence at all in both security, privacy and usability.

Why do I still use it? well it brings a smile to my face and just wish the mods would give me more time to read the posts before they disappear and the complete lack of feedback or acknowledgement is very very bad.

Just tried to post on the "Eye watering price increase" thread and when I hit the Reply button, the next page was "Page not Found". I then went back to the index and the entire thread seems to have disappeared. Obviously someone didn't like the way the post was going

I’ve just viewed the thread. Sometimes it’s there and with a wave of the magic wand it vanishes, then like a rabbit out of a hat, it reappears.🤷🏻‍♂️

Is it a case of yet another thread bites the dust because of petty disagreements? The hidden file must be almost as big as the the rest of CT put together by now.

Apologies for the issues we have been having with moderation. This has been investigated and we hope it is now resolved but we will keep a close eye on discussions in case this occurs again.

I'd also like to add that moderators are just as frustrated as those posting. Things appear to change in the blink of an eye and it's not of our making.

And the 'shambleness' is made worse by the fact that it's been going on for so long without being fixed, and (I may have missed this) has anyone from the club said what is going on? How long will it go on for?

It’s good to see that the moderation in ‘Disappearing Discussion’ has not caused the thread to become unstable. Perhaps the battle has been won.👏🏻

I trust my post won’t be Deleted User from here as it was in the other thread despite being very much on topic.😢
