PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

After advanced warning of the work on the website last week, I see that it is down for the second time this week without warning. They obviously mucked up something with their scheduled upgrade. The fragility of this website after almost four years since the revamp beggars belief.

It is abundantly clear that todays effort to rectify any shortcomings has merely compounded the errors. The obvious solution is to issue P45's to the IT department and employ someone who actually knows what they are doing. It's also time the Chief Exec fell on his sword too.

recent OPs still exist but any attached comments are gone...

eg, look at one of your own recent posts, link to the thread and, if its a recent thread (a few weeks old), youll only see the OP.

this particular thread seems unaffected as it existed prior to whatever date this cock up has sliced off the postings.

looking in earlier i actually thought they had restored an old version of CT but it looks like theyve taken far more care than that to create something difficult to resolve.

id suggest restore back to last back up and forget about whatever 'upgrade' this was supposed to acheive....
