PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

Being the synic that I am ,  does anyone else think that this was a cunning plan by CMC to convienantly side step the membership extension thread ? 🤔🤔.

Surely if anyone was going to delete three months worth of posts they would start with the oldest first rather than the newestwink I am sure they will be able to restore them from an overnight backup, assuming there is one.

I'm not a 'synic' (sic) either. We all make mistakes don't we all. We'd never learn otherwise. I'm sure that bad-mouthing the IT staff is not going to improve matters, and that they're trying there best to recover from this setback. I'm reminded of the Forces' joke " All leave is cancelled until morale improves".smile

Oooo, I do like a good conspiracy theory👍🏻. Throw the IT crowd under the bus, clever👏🏻👏🏻

I also convienantly (sic) made another mistake in there. They're  probably not a 'Crowd' and their number is possibly few, with a limited budget and computing capacity.

Is it OK if I blame T**mp, I'm sure if he had read this he'll have asked his advisors "Can it be done, can we follow CAMC directions and the possibility of deleting the past 2 months from history?"

Luckily, there's a bus route just near the HQ - See R2B suggestion above. Also I've just worked out how to embed a map!
